Chen has a strong track record and extensive experience in the capital markets, private equity and venture capital industries; Chen specializes in identifying, structuring, executing and managing investments in companies and ventures of all maturity levels, as well as fundraising, private placements, IPOs, PIPEs, Rights Offerings and M&A transactions; Chen has over 20 years of experience including 14 years as the CEO of a publicly traded investment company; Chen possesses broad experience in accompanying technology companies as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a board member of diversified private and public companies.
Amongst his activities, Chen currently serves as the active Chairman of the Board of Directors of Safe-T Group Ltd. (SFET), a publicly traded cybersecurity and privacy solutions company, dual listed both on NASDAQ and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the active Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nanomedic Technologies Ltd., a leading nanotechnology medical company, and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coral Smart Pool Inc., a leading AI company for drowning detection. Chen also serves as a board member at Aminach Furniture and Mattresses Industry Ltd., one of Israel’s leading brands, and as a board member of other private companies.
Chen previously served as a member of the Board of CompuLab Ltd., (TASE: CLAB) a growth technology company that designs, manufactures and sells fan-less mini-PCs and Computers on Modules worldwide, and Board member of Shekel Scales Ltd., Israel’s leading manufacturer of electronic scales.
Chen holds a European Master-in-Law and Economics (EMLE) from the Complutense University of Madrid and an LL.B. from the University of Haifa, both magna cum laude (member of the Israeli Bar).
