Doron has been active in the capital markets since 1993. Over the years, Doron has acquired a significant Experience in investment management, proprietary trading, financials risks management, establishment and management of companies and partnerships, leading negotiations and transactions and capital raising. Doron has served in different positions at Clal Group, including Co-CEO of Ilanot Betucha Capital, and Co-partner and Co-CEO of Clal Finance Derivatives.

Under Doron’s management Clal Finance Derivatives was involved in different initiatives such as:
– Pioneering the ETFs management field in Israel through its subsidiary, Mabat ETFs, which was sold to Meitav Dash in 2011 with assets of approximately 7 billion NIS.
– Establishment of market-making activities for public companies.
– Trading activities in securities and a variety of financial products.
– Establishment and management of Opportunity Hedge Fund.
– Initiation and establishment of Be Financial Technology a fintech software company, which provide decision support systems to banks and institutional entities.

In 2013, Doron and his partners Nir Hora, Amir Zellinger and Adi Goberman acquired Clal’s shares in Clal Finance Derivatives and changed its name to Bina Investments. Bina continues the activities of Clal Finance Derivatives, including the market-making activity of over 120 public companies, investment management for the company’s nostro funds, underwriting and distribution of alternative investment products, consulting services in the mutual funds field and BE Financial Technology software services. Since 2022 Bina is the main shareholder in Connexa Capital, together with the company’s CEO Hagai Yedid and Mr. Chen Katz.
